PROJECT SUMMARY

By 2050, half of the UK population could be obese, but Ella's Kitchen believes this trend can be reversed with early exposure to healthy foods instead of fast foods.

Thus, the world's first sensory restaurant for babies was created, allowing infants (and their parents) to explore healthy foods through taste, touch, smell, sight, and sound. Innovative technology enabled babies to choose their own meals, generating significant positive PR. This initiative was further supported by a documentary, helpful content, social media activities, and a dedicated website.
