PROJECT SUMMARY

21 South Street had outgrown its brand identity and felt the brand no longer represented the success and nurturing services of the practice. Initially, 21SS thought they just needed a website, but that would have misrepresented their business and its beautiful offerings. We provided them with a bigger vision that will serve their business for years to come—a brand ecosystem!

We delved deep into the heritage of the practice, understanding their audience and offerings in our strategy, and applied this thinking to visual activations. We wanted to ensure every touchpoint of the brand reflected a timeless, calm, and enriching experience, capturing the whole essence of 21 South Street.

BRAND IDENTITY

The brand’s original logo creates synergy and a modern aesthetic, balanced with heritage and charm. Working closely with the founder, we crafted a brand story that is modern and unique, yet warm and welcoming. This gives 21 South Street a high-end appeal, helping it stand out in a saturated market and connect with its audience, ensuring they know that 21SS is a safe and secure space.

WEBSITE

21 South Street’s new website elevates the brand to inspire and create a safe space online to connect with their audience. Referencing the building’s unique atmosphere, our design celebrates the simplicity, elegance, and calming aura that defines the experience when you go to the practice. We aimed for this to be reflected in all aspects of the brand by creating a distinctive identity and online presence that stands out in the industry and resonates deeply with their audience.

The website design balances modern and traditional elements, resulting in a digital presence that is trustworthy, established, and welcoming. The strategy prioritizes information, featuring large panels, clean and informative spaces, and a balanced use of block colors to engage visitors across all devices, from desktop to tablet to mobile.

Pairing the new website with clean typefaces, fresh videography, and photography, we were able to elevate their brand. The confident color palette feels instantly warm, welcoming, and established. Using darker accents with the primary colour creates contrast and represents a high-end brand identity
